Yes. This program is beginner-friendly and accessible. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or journaling is required. Everything is offered gently, with encouragement to move at your own pace and listen to your body.

How much time does the program take each day?

Most practices are short and flexible. Many people spend about 10–20 minutes a day, though you’re free to do more or less depending on what feels supportive. There is no strict schedule and no pressure to keep up.

What if I miss a day or fall behind?

There is no falling behind here. Part of the practice is learning how to Return with kindness when life gets busy or unpredictable. You can pause, revisit, or repeat practices whenever you need.

Is this a detox program?

No. This program is not a medical detox and does not replace substance use treatment or professional care. It is designed as a gentle reset focused on awareness, regulation, and healthier coping tools.Some people find that as they feel calmer and more supported, they naturally become more mindful about habits that no longer serve them. Any changes related to substances, medications, or mental health care should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
